I have an Idea
Alexander was born in Athens in 1981.He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Tourism & Management and Human Resources Management from Bournemouth University, as well as a Higher Diploma in Hotel and Business Management from IHTTI Switzerland. He has been many times awarded with National and International Tourism and Hospitality awards i.e. the 2002 Award of Excellence in Professional Attitude by Starwood Hotels, the 2012 Award for the Best Luxury Boutique Hotel in Greece from World Traveler’s, as General Manager of Zannos Melathron, and in 2015 the Award for the Best Greek Excellence in Service Hotel & Resort as General Manager of the Mykonos Princess Hotel. Experienced in all stages of the development cycle for dynamic Hospitality projects and specialized as an Operation Manager for more than 18 years in several 5 Star Hotels, Small Luxury Hotels & Boutique Hotels all over Greece including the islands Santorini, Mykonos, Andros, Ios etc. Over the years he has acquired a strong background in project management and customer relations.

Miltos Tsanos is a creative chef passionate about his work, with experience for more than 15 years in various restaurants and company settings, such as Perrot Traiteur, Astir of Paros, Resort Hoteland and many others. With his excellent knowledge of traditional and contemporary creative cuisine and based on many years of experience in international cuisine, he is qualified to prepare the best menu possible, with particular preference for Italian Greek, French and Spanish cuisine,
He was also involved in confectionery, which developed into one of his most important assets, bringing forth an in depth knowledge of flavours and food relationships, resulting in mouth-watering dishes and attractive menus.

Fully experienced for more than a decade in the Hospitality Industry. Although a portion of her knowledge comes from high degree education , her hands on experience in several luxury Hotels & Resorts , such as Zannos Melathron Santorini, Mykonos Grand Hotel & Resort or Cavo Tagoo Mykonos, gives her the ability to perform as a true Hospitality Lover. As quoted Motivation- Inspiration which embraced Hospitality is simply an opportunity to show love and care.
